It’s powerful and uplifting to see so many compelling stories of companies doing their part making facemasks, shields, and goggles during this crisis. It’s truly humbling and shows the strength of the human spirit.
We, too, are honored and overjoyed to do our part! The beauty of our proprietary technology for making ski boots is we can design and manufacture just about any thermoformed part the size of a ski boot extremely quickly and cost-effectively. Today, we are part of a team led by Beta Technologies with the mission to develop and deploy an automatic bag ventilation machine (ABVM) to help as many patients and caregivers as possible during the pandemic.
This is one of the two parts we thermoformed for each ventilator system.
In just a week, we went from engineering drawings to manufacturing and delivering ventilator housings for FDA Emergency Use Authorization. Once the ventilator is approved we are ready to make hundreds more to help save lives.
We have always thought our ski boots were the most essential product we could ever produce, but for the time being, we couldn’t be more proud to do our part to save lives and help America get back on track.
