I’ve had a few days on some real snow and I have to say I am very impressed!

It’s nice to have a boot that performs well in warmer temperatures which we get a lot of.

A conventional plastic plug boot really comes into its own at about the temperature where I don’t want to ski anymore.

I wasn’t really anticipating that the weight reduction would be much of a factor in performance but I have to say that it does.

For me, the biggest thing is the quality of the feedback I get through the boot. Like going from a shitty car radio to full-on audiophile stereo!

I also love the way you can lay into the front of the ski instantly when required. I have an old pair of Atomic GS skis that I’ve always hated. I think part of the problem is that Atomic mounts a little further back than I like. The Dodge boot turns these old trucks into something else entirely.
