How Many Pairs I've Owned:
One
What First Attracted Me To Dodge Ski Boots:
Recommended by a friend - Used by top skiers
What Helped Me Make The Final Decision To Purchase:
Light weight - Consistent flex - Recommended by a friend
What I Like Best About My Dodge Ski Boots:
The consistent flex of the boot really allows me to initiate and hammer a turn
What I Like Least About My Dodge Ski Boots:
Getting them dialed in. I expected a better fit through the app. It has taken quite a bit of back and forth with Dodge to get the boots comfortable enough to wear. This process took most of the season.
What About The Boot I Would Recommend To A Friend:
Light weight - Consistent flex - Performance - Warmth
What I Would Tell Someone Considering A Purchase Of Dodge Ski Boots:
To get the softest flex available and use a different liner (Intuition etc...)
If I could define Dodge in one word:
Edgy
What I Like About The Dodge Remote Fitting System:
Satisfaction Guarantee
What I Don't Like About The Dodge Remote Fitting System:
Sometimes have to send boot back for additional adjustments - It takes longer to get boot fit - I need to do the final adjustments at home
How It Is To Deal With People At Dodge Ski Boots:
Satisfied, no problems.
What It's Like To Ski In A Dodge Ski Boot:
Really like them.
How It's Different Than A "Rubber" Boot:
Once dialed in...they are warmer and are higher performing than my Head Raptors
Would I Purchase Another Pair?:
Probably
Why/Why Not?:
I like the concept of Carbon Fiber a lot. The consistency of the flex in all conditions and its ability to initiate a turn is fantastic. Because local boot fitters can't punch or adjust the shell is problematic and I think the liners you are using are not the best quality and don't line up with the value equation of the boot. I purchased an Intuition race liner and most of the fitting issues went away.
